For my first product review & trial, I get to be pampered with trying out Pure Gold Collagen, a new health supplement tonic in a tiny bottle that is about to hit pharmacy shelves and their accompanying line of facial masks.
Hailing from England (where all things wonderful in the fashion and beauty world come from as far as I am concerned) the little delicious drink tastes tropical (mango type of flavor) and is supposed to improve a number of things over the course of time as far as beauty is concerned.
Geared at those losing their own natural collagen production as they grow into a different phase of life, Pure Gold Collagen, according to their literature, is made using Japanese technology and is designed to nourish the skin from the inside out to fight the early signs of aging. It is supposed to “help promote beautiful, younger and healthier looking skin, hair and nails.”
In my case the nails thing will be interesting because I have always had terrible nails that are like paper to the point that they break on anything and then I end up scratching myself or one of my kids by accident.
According to the press release, Pure Gold Collagen was developed by MINERVA Research Labs by European scientists and is a “Patented sugar-free blend of Hydrolysed Collagen, HyaluronicAcid, Vitamins, Minerals and Antioxidants to create a liquid beauty supplement with maximum effect.”
The idea is to regenerate the collagen within the body by drinking this delightful little beverage every day to get a full effect. “The Collagen Bioactive Peptides,” remain in tact during digestion so that they are absorbed in the small intestine and then passed into the bloodstream, From there the collagen peptides reach the skin and joints through the bloodstream, activating “hydroblasts,” in the skin and “chondrocytes” in the joints. Finally, the fibroblasts are stimulated to produce new collagen, Hyaluronic Acid and Elastin to maintain a younger looking you!
So, I took some before pictures and I have three little cases along with two boxes of masks and I will be doing updates throughout the trial to see how this goes.
My followers on Google+ would enjoy your blog. Please can I show them?
